Anyone else a USC fan? :-(

Did you watch the Rose Bowl game? Are we (Hubby and I) the only ones who think the Trojans tossed away the game in the last 6 minutes because the Texas receiver was WIDE OPEN and therefore easily caught every pass all the way to the end zone????!!!!????!!!!

Did the Longhorns win it, then? To be honest, I'm not a college football fan, but DH had it on last night, so I couldn't resist watching. Since I'm a Cowboys fan (shhh, I know :D), I also couldn't resist cheering for Texas last night. We went to bed at half-time (early risers), so I missed the grand finale.

I'm sorry your USC lost, though, Jen! You sound like a true fan. :)

I don't follow football closely but that was a great game and both sides played their hearts out. It's too bad someone had to loose. However, Young is an incredible quarterback and he was on his game. He can run, throw and think on his feet. He didn't need to call timeouts like the USC quarterback Leinart did when he saw a defence that bothered him, and he needed those timeouts in the end and didn't have them.
