I am drinking a cup of hot lemon right now, and its so wonderful, I had to remind those of you who have a lemon tree to go outside right now and pick one. Squeeze it into a cup, add hot water from the kettle, and sugar to taste. Oh, yummy, and nice and cozy on a cold night. Usually I only think of this when I am sick, and add whiskey and honey to the lemon, but tonight I ran out of my usual Earl Grey for tea, and saw my bowl of lemons there. Why didn't I think of this sooner .....
