3 yrs ago I planted a Bouganvilla Vine, and below it I planted a miniture rose. I planted these in a large whiskey barrel. the leaves on the Bouganvilla were very green but not a whole lot of flowers. Roses did well. Then I read that roses needed lots of water, that they were getting but Bouganvilla did not. I removed the rose bush and the leave on the Bouganvilla are withered looking. Did I kill it?
