The Phormium tenax. Where did you find the color varieties that you are showing, if I might ask? Not specific nurseries, but asking to see if HD is carrying this, or what. And these would be the same plants other folks are calling New Zealand flax, right?

I very much appreciate you showing off your ideas. I have been afraid to incorporate grass into my landscape. I am starting with ordinary, boring, hedge and rose plantings in awkward beds. The neighbor has already squawked about the stupid bushes I Sawzall-ed out of the ground. I still have two more stumps to dig out...

Soooooo pretty Westelle. Love those grasses... I don't grow enough of them. We do have a Carex on the back side (north side) of the house and I love it. I should grow more of them.
