Pat Welsh books

Been searching online for the best value on Pat Welsh's books as recommended here by several posters.

All I see are paperback editions. No hardcovers at all. Anyone know whether Pat Welsh books are available in hardback and if so, where?

As I remember, they've always been paperback. Libraries carry them....excellent books and info.

Here's an amazon search link.

Here is a link that might be useful: Amazon Pat Welsh HB books

Thanks, karin and wcgypsy. Is there a specific edition I should be looking for??

RE: Pat Welsh books

I don't think you need to worry about which edition too much. Get the most recent one you think is reasonably priced. Mine is quite old, but it's the most useful garden book I own.

Her books are great! I was fortunate enough to hear her speak several times, and she autographed my copy of Southern California Organic Gardening. The book was softcover. If hardcover were available, they probably would have had it at the autograph session. You'll enjoy the book.

She recently redid her magnum opus in an "organic" version, but the original wasn't all that gun-ho on chemicals. Any one you can find is very useful.
