Last yrs main crop could be removed. They won't make good fruit. If some are next yrs breba then they might make fruit. Those would likely be small at this point. If you ignore all they will sort themselves out without issues or damage to the tree.

Figs may be unsightly for a while but no harm will be done. I always have a few hanging through the winter. Al

No they are all through growing and will fall off before new spring growth. Al
