Arum and Callas for Deeproots

The warm weather has pushed up the bloom time for my black arum. One bloomed today! Here's a close-up:

It was really hard to get photos- the wind is howling out here.

Is that Martha Washington geraniums with the jagged leaves?
Mine got frosted really bad this year just a couple green leaves left. Not sure its gonna make it. Don't you get frost? I see them around on neighboring streets not frosted...I swear I have my own seperate extra extra cold zone.

Gobluedjm, we got some frost earlier this year, and I pruned back the Martha Washingtons a bit. I don't grow them well. They get leggy, and if I trim them they die. But the colors are so beautiful I buy new ones.
You're probably right about your microclimate. I have wind.
