Every town has markets where local vendors can sell their produce and crafts.

Too many farms? I don't think there are enough. They are being bought out and developed into housing tracts quicker than we can blink. The urban sprawl!

HOA's in housing tracts pretty much dictate what people can grow and space is limited, so it might be a good business, but like any business you would need to do serious market research.
