It looks like Lonicera japonica. The tip of it has buds on it, so when they open take another picture and post it.

Lonicera japonica would be my first guess too. I think the flowers are quite beautiful, but it can be a 'weed'.

it's a periwinkle, invasive, but not hard to cut back, gives off bluish purple flowers, when I was a kid we would pop off the flower and suck the sweet nectar out of the back end:) , Periwinkle, a common name for a number of gastropod molluscs in the family Littorinidae, common perwinkle is Littorina littorea, if you were going for a fairy garden it would be a great addition, grew great in the massive shade of my grapefruit tree.

Yes, the periwinkle is invasive...I have *lots* of it. It does have its uses, though.
