| We've had so little rain, and so much sunshine, that my garden is probably 4-6 weeks ahead of its usual pace. I'm already seeing CA poppies bloom and my freesias are putting up flower stalks earlier than ever.
I posted two threads of photos in the Cottage Garden's Gallery, where I usually hang out. There's a link below to Pt 1, if you want to take a look. I don't usually post pictures of other people's gardens, but this deciduous magnolia was so magnificent, I just had to grab my camera and take some photos of it. I love these trees, but don't have room for one in my garden. OTOH, I don't have to clean up all the dead petal litter, LOL! This magnolia is located in Northern CA/Oakland, close to the Kaiser hospital:

| Jkom, I was just thinking that we should start a thread like the one you started on the cottage forum, with photos of What's Blooming Now. I got home too late to take photos today, but I'll go out tomorrow and get some shots. Beautiful magnolia. Renee |
