How nice. We had the best podcasts going about 2 years ago down in San Diego, with www.signonsandiego.com, which is part of the San Diego Tribune. Mary James did them, and she was just fanstastic. Fortunately I saved them all as she ended up retiring, and they've never replaced her, which is such a shame. They were the best ever garden shows. 30 minutes interviewing one, two or three guests with very minimal commercial interuptions. And they removed the commercials when they archived the podcasts. Really miss having a good gardening show to listen to, I learned a ton from Mary's programs!

Trivia
KFBK and KSTE used to have competing garden shows in the same time slot. Both stations were purchased by the same BigCorp and they still had competing garden shows for some time. Finally, a gardener got through to BigCorp, "Why are you competing with yourself for the same local audience?" One show was rescheduled, the second host then retired and Farmer Fred got both shows. :-)
