Hi, We have a princess flower tree that is about 12 years old. Every year it flowers abundantly and I hardly have to think about it or do anything to it. It is about 10 feet tall and 10 feet wide. But this year the branches are barren with no leaves or any signs of buds. Usually this time of year it is lush with leaves and buds and bursting into bloom. All the other plants around it that bloom in the spring seem to be acting just like they do every spring. Do you think it is dead? How can I tell if it is dead? Is there anything I can do to save it?
