Seedless Sweetgum Rotundiloba

Does anyone have any experience with this particular tree? I've seen pics of it online and am in love with the changing of colors, but more importantly NO SPIKY BALL SEEDPODS!

I have yet to see one planted somewhere in Southern California.

I've been eyeing this one for years! Every year I go look for it at nurseries, and it's always there telling me 'take me!'. I figured by now someone has had one for several years.

They say that these will not cross with regular sweetgum and revert, because they're sterile. My neighbors have 3 large regular sweetgums...
