Nice head! I like the Napa cabbage variety myself. I grow it every year. It really produces!

There are a lot of great cabbage dishes you can play with. I like to make lasagna roll-ups with the outer leaves. It has everything you would find in your favorite lasagna recipe except you use the cabbage leaves instead of pasta, and you roll-up each serving individually. It's an Italian stuffed cabbage of sorts. Don't forget soups, salads and fish tacos.
