Blue Pride of Madeira (no purple tint in flower spikes)

Hello, I am in north California. I have seen in a neighbor's yard a blue "Pride of Madeira" plant, big with long slender blue color flower cones. Very unique, and different from most of the Pride of Madeira that I could find in the nursery. Does anyone know what variety this is and where to order one?

Most "Pride of Madeira" have purple to blue flower cones. The cones are fatter, about 3-inches wide at the base. You can visibly see purple hue in the flower cones.

This one plant is different in two ways: 1. the flower spikes are longer and slender, only about 1.5 inch to 2-inches at the base of the cone, and 2. the color is blue, with almost no purple hue.

I don't seem to be able to find information online about such a blue variety of pride of madeira, I did find something called "Select Blue" online. But I was not sure, and could find no specific description about " select blue." Thanks
