Will a cutting from a Bush Bougainvilla stay Bush?

Just curious if anyone knows if the bush Bougainvilleas are grafted to a special stock and if bush cuttings will revert to vines.

I know a cutting from a dwarf citrus, for instance, will not be dwarf if rooted. It will go back to standard size.

Bougies are not grafted. If you get a cutting to root and grow it will be like the parent.

As far as I know, Bougainvilleas are going to spread unless you prune them to remain a bush shape. The good thing about pruning is you can get even more flowers that way.
