I bought two different G. sanguineum ('Album' and 'Elke') from Robin Parer, owner of Geraniaceae nursery in northern California, at the Green Scene plant sale last weekend. She told me this species is heat/sun tolerant.

I have a couple of spots with morning sun (in summer only; bright shade all winter), and a couple of spots that go in and out of the sun throughout the day.

I'm wondering if anyone grows this species and how much sun or shade it really tolerates to grow well.
