Help Me ID This Plant!

Hi Friends,

Could you take a look at the photos of this plant (it grows in the San Francisco Bay Area and more specifically, I spotted it at Crissy Field) and tell me what it is? It smells great! But I have absolutely no idea what it might be and I'd potentially like to add one to my back yard. See photos here:
