Back and forth weather in So. CA

Can't we just keep this nice cool spring weather a little longer? In a few days it's going to jump into the 90s and fry my rose flush. Then it will go back to cool and nice again. I know the heat is good for my early peaches but I hate this yo-yo weather in spring.
