They are aeoniums. The darker one is 'zwartzkopf' (sp?).

Yes Aeoniums. They are about to go dormant for the summer, so move them right away, or wait until fall to do something with them. The one that is blooming is still a viable plant even though the blooming part will die. You can cut that part off and some of the time the stem will produce many new rosettes which can be cut off and rooted for new plants. They shut down for the summer--the leaves around the edges start to fall, the rosette curves in on itself, and they don't like or want a lot of water. After labor day they start to wake up and grow like mad, so increase watering by October. They grow for the winter and flower.
