Reagans in Fremont,Longs in Oakland MIGHT...I've never looked there for just them.The Oakland climate is a bit cool for other than the standard reds or purple.
You might try Jamaiican white-does beautiful in the southeastbay. Has the look of a million white butterflys.

If you live in San Jose, there's a Long's Drugs on Prospect (Cupertino/San Jose border in the strip mall with Orchard Supply Hardware) that has a real nice nursery section. Don't know if it would have unusual bougies, but it is worth a visit if you are close.
disclaimer: I have not been there this Spring, yet. Things change fast. I think Long's has been bought out by a larger pharmacy chain.

call Berkeley Hort and East Nursery on San Pablo Ave. they should have some varieties.

The clear purple bougie is worth a try, it's as vigourous as the common red,magenta forms. The variegated forms are much more tender and I have only seen them doing well in HI. The other colors also seem to be wimpier, I have the orange-yellow var. in a pot next to the house where is barely stays alive and is under 3 feet. Most any nursery will have these in mid summer.

What nursery you like depends on which part of the bay area you are in...

I've found plain old Home Depot and Navlet's to carry other colors, but as mentioned, the purple and red are the hardiest and will do best in our climate, as the others are marginal. I also think the purple and red have the nicest color anyway.
