Do you have any suggestions for a landscape designer?

I need mostly work on circulation, good rock work, and possibly a pond for frogs. I will take care of the plantings myself. I have a difficult site that needs a way for people to walk through the site. Right now, it is a hodge podge of bad rockwork, paths that don't make sense because there is no cohesion or connection. I plan to do primarily natives I LOVE CA natives and they attract birds and butterflies which makes me super-happy!
