Sometimes they fall of the board. Try to think of a unique word you use in the post, that is the best way to search. Copy and save any useful info to a document and store in your files for future reference.

Even I do silly things like forget to put the names of plants I buy in my computer then go crazy trying to figure out what type of plant. If it's easy to know it's a rose, but the exactly type of rose is impossible to ID. But, I am trying to be more organized. But, were you able to find it? If not it probably fell off the board. Some boards move very fast, due to lots of postings. Other boards have almost no new posts, and things stay around for years.
