I have a window that overhangs from the foundation of my house by 3 feet, about 1 1/2 feet above the ground, with shrubs planted in front. I have a major thistle problem under there. It is extremely difficult to get under there to pull the thistles or even to spray them. Any suggestions?

An itty-bitty, teeny-tiny goat?

Elsewise, crawl under there on your tummy and pull each and every one.... getting all of the root. I'd also suggest that when done you sprinkle some pre-emergant seed killer to prevent future invasions..
