More sun and or plant in garden part of part sun, if the soil is too rich or the drainage is bad, it won't flower.

There is a lot of variation, some of them, are just born to do poorly. I had a light pink, a black and Calla Lily Garnet Glow, but only Garnet Glow really took off. I had some yellow ones years ago in front, that just did not bloom much or at all, so I got mad ripped them out and now I have success. I can send you a bulb, I have extras. From one bulb, you can make lots of them over time.
