Anybody else having a problem this year with getting very small vegetables off very small plants?

All my squash, cucumber, etc. plants have stayed very small and are producing the tiniest vegetables ever. All plants seem to be doing this no matter where bought or planted. I haven't ever had this happen before.

No, not here. I planted in two spots- my nematode infested potager and a nice new spot in my dad's yard, and the veggies in my dad's yard are producing well.
