Camellias from Seed

Surprised there is no Camellia forum here. I have a seedling, and anxiously wait to see what it's potential is. It was under a pink Camellia, and it's now in a pot. Special to me.

There is a camellia forum, but not separate in the California forum...if you go back to where you clicked to enter the California Gardening forum, you will find the Camellia Forum as the next listed heading below California...

Thanks for the tip! I found the Camellia forum, and there is a lot of information there. I do live in Southern California, native, and I love all things that grow here! We currently live in the hot low desert, but have plans to move to a Mediterranean climate close to the grand kids. NOT so close, but close!

Get ready to wait. My 3 year old seedlings have not flowered yet. If you want a super sturdy plant, put it in the ground to make that tap root take off then you wont have to wait as long for flowers.
