Looks like some sort of Crassula.

It sure does look similar to a flowering jade but its a little late in the year for that.
You might post it on the cacti and succulents forum.
Someone there should be able to give you an id.

Is there someway i can move this post over to the cactus/succulent foru,without having to go back to PB look for the pictures and make a new post.Looking for shortcuts here!! LOL,LOL
