That is a pretty grass. I like the pink flowers. I have two coast redwoods, but they are always pining for the fiords. They grow, but they get a lot of dead stuff on them.

I took out a lawn last year and replaced with ornamental grasses. I plugged the extra lawn sprinklers and raised two by three feet for irrigation of the new area. We have been pleased with the change and are doing over the lawn on the east side of the house this year, It is learn as you go. Al

Al - (and Sunnie) Those are beautiful. The blue fescue is something that actually grows (and reseeds) here that the deer don't eat. Thanks for sharing.
