Can you post a photo, Tim? There are so many black bugs, it's hard to tell what you may have. Are they big or small? How many legs? Any other colors on them?

Ther are small black bugs. When I first saw I thought some kind of aphid. They are very still. There are dozens of them. I hope this helps.

I think they probably are aphids. Aphids come in all colors. Have you tried blasting them off with a squirt bottle full of water?
