| I am looking for a sunflower that is high in oil fpr pressing. Know of any?

| There are two basic types of sunflowers, "confectionary" and "oil seed". "Confectionary" is the kind you can get a package of for casual eating at 7-11. "Oil seed" is the kind you see in birdseed mixes. There is an oilseed variety called 'NuSun', that is touted as the latest/greatest. Google around, see what you can find... |
