I grow S. 'Butterfly Blue', the light lavender color. I will be on the hunt for 'Fama', though the photos I found on-line don't show it as blue as yours. San Marcos Growers describes the color as "light blue", yet in their photo it is purple.

Where did you buy yours?

I have about a dozen Famas. They're one of my favorites to blend with roses because they go with everything. Above all, they're great "ambassadors." Their blue is an excellent intermediary between two colors that might otherwise be unhappy with one another.
That said, mine look much more like the one in the San Marcos link that Jenn provided. To get the intense blue in danty's photo, I'd have to go with anagallis or lobelia or iris.
FYI, however, there is a fabulous white Fama. Annie's carries both the white and the blue Fama.

Apparently there is a Fama deep blue.
That is likely the one I have.

Scabiosa is a great cut flower... I like tucking some stems into a vase of roses.

Oh oh. I need those. Gotta get me some. Wowie. What an awesome blue!! Okay, I'm going to call my local super garden center to see when they're getting their Scabiosa in. And then I can make sure they get these, or will order them for me. Great punch of fall color!!

And, yes, the Scabiosas make great accents with the roses.

Thank you, Danty. Would you believe those roses were cut on Sunday morning? 4 days later, they still look good. I cut them while still buds and put them in lukewarm water with about 1 Tbsp. sugar added. I just changed the water for the first time yesterday (Wednesday). The yellow one (Sunsprite) blows quicker than the others. Joyfulness (the peach-colored one) is an outstanding vase rose.
