I forgot to add water to my three-year-old lotus barrel. Big deal, it has never bloomed anyway, and this year I didn't even fertilize it. I threw some other pond plants in there, assuming the lotus had died.

I wish this strategy worked for all of my plants.

Terrific. Reminds me I need to add water to the Japanese iris pots' container (an old sled).

So beautiful! Last year, the raccoon(s) uprooted mine and I didn't find it till too late :-(
