Premature Fruit Drop

I live in Fair Oaks, just east of Sacramento and am experimenting with square Foot gardening. I am attempting to grow cucumbers, bush and pole beans, Early Girl and Super Sweet 100 tomatoes, Yolo Wonder bell and Tiburon poblano peppers and two varieties of okra supposedly suited for my climate zone. Everything was planted from seed or transplant in early April. Tomato production is minimal at best with the Super Sweet bearing the most fruit and only one Early Girl producing/setting any blossoms. All have moderate to extensive leaf curl. The peppers have abundant blossoms and fruit with the poblano producing the most. However the fruit on the poblanos are dropping before reaching mature size. I am uploading a picture with hopes of getting any suggestions on why this might be happening as well as why the tomatoes have leaf curl. I am diligent about watering as our temps are regularly in the mid to upper 90s to as high as low 100s recently.

Thanks for any thoughts,

William
