I harvested my first baby corns ears yesterday. They are sweet and very tasty. They also didn't make it to the house.
I stood in garden and ate them. Recommend!!!

I think all corn is best eaten raw in the garden!

RE: baby corn

Slurp! How many plants do you have and how many per plant do you get? I'm planning to grow them next year so just curious!

RE: baby corn

I planted 12 plants. They get about 4 ft high and the silks appeared. I would say there are about 2-3 ears per stalk. I planted more seed the other day when I found they are so good. Take up very little space also. I found them only at Amazon and ebay but hopefully afew more seed places will carry the seeds as I have been telling my friend how good they were - so far have not shared!! Penny
