Need A Water Gal Per Day Chart for Varietals

Is there a source somewhere that says how many gallons per day plants need? We are considering moving to a rural area in North San Diego County, and would like to know what water costs we face. Do you know of a chart for fruit and vegetables? My list is long, and I do know Avocados take 40 gallons per day old. Citrus, 25 gallons per day old. Slow drip. Vineyard. Got that one down.

Citrus, Pomegranates, Olives, Roses, Ice Plant, and so many others... Is there a chart somewhere online?

I will adore you forever if you can post it!

Below is a link to information about irrigation needs of backyard fruit and nut trees. If you search around the website (California Agriculture and Natural Resources), you will be able to find information about other plants as well. You might also try the San Diego Master Gardeners website.

Here is a link that might be useful: California Backyard Orchard
