This seedling was started from seed indoors. I transplanted it into it's final container outdoors about 10 days ago. All organic soil mixed by me. About a week after the transplant I started to notice these spots on the newer growth. And now the older leaves are starting to develop these same spots. I'm not sure if these are some kind of bug attacks or a deficiency of some sort.

I have a pepper plant about 2 feet away and it has definitely been attacked by some small green worms. However, I did not see these worms on my papaya leaves. What do you guys think. Bug bites, or something else?
