I looked for a forum for composting but i didn't see one.
I just got a rotating compost bin and it leaks because of the air holes. Where i want to put it is on a concrete pad. It will for sure discolor it. What do you think? Should I put it there and put some kind of covering over the concrete? I really don't have any other place to put it. I can put fallen leaves underneath it. OR should I take great pains to put it on soil somewhere in my garden? What do you think?

The cover could (probably) get mold under it and stain the concrete.
Leaves will stain the concrete.
Have you tried putting a sealer on the concrete? That might help. We used Thompson's Waterseal.

Put it on soil somewhere else. Think of it as a long term thing.
