Foliage color on these colorful Coprosma cultivars is variable by season due to temperature and light intensity. Most intense color in cooler season with full sun. If they are only getting partial daily sun, they will not achieve full depth of color possible.

I have several TS, and the color does vary widely with the weather. Yellow-green new growth sounds right--that is what mine are doing now. I have mine in morning sun/afternoon shade--full sun is too much for them here, but I still get beautiful color. The pink/red comes out most in winter. One of my other Coprosmas has totally pinked up already, after being quite green all summer.
