Gold Medallion Tree (Cassia Leptophylla) in San Diego

I've been researching possible patio trees for my southwest facing backyard in zone 24. The Gold Medallion tree/Cassia leptophylla seems like a good option from what I've found online. But I'd like to see a mature one in real life (not just online pictures) before making the decision. Does anyone know where I can see one in San Diego?

Thanks!

There's quite a few around here, but since they are out of bloom it's a bit trickier to spot one. The huge seed pods make them unmistakable once you have a candidate tree.

Two easy to find trees come to mind in North county: in the middle of Green Thumb nursery in San Marcos, and in the parking lot lane in the Outlet mall off I-5 and Palomar Airport Rd in Carlsbad, between the shops and flower fields.

It's a very beautiful tree, but I personally prefer a standard Cassia for the clouds of Sulfur butterflies that it attracts. =^,,^= diana
