Moro vs Sanguinelli blood oranges for N Cal?

Posted by ashleysf 9 SF SouthBay (My Page) on

My local nursery has both Moro and Sanguinelli dwarf blood orange trees from Fourwinds. I am told that Moro is a better bet for cooler parts of CA. But I heard that Sanguinelli tastes a lot better. My location is San Jose. Can anyone guide me on how to choose? I am running out of space in my yard, so cannot get both. TIA.

San Jose is a good citrus habitat.

Get both and plant them in the same hole.
