I checked Village Nurseries wholesale availabilities list and they have geijeras in 24 and 36in box that are that size. I'm also pretty sure that Valley Crest has them in that size and bigger.

I would ask at a local nursery and see what they can bring in. If you want to pick up one yourself, check out the Somis and Fillmore areas, lots of nurseries with large trees.

Thanks a million you guys. I checked Valley Crest before I asked, and they have min $500 for delivery + $70 delivery charge and require a forklift on site for a 36" box. You have given some good leads and I will look into renting a truck and bobcat myself to get a big tree to my place. Appreciated.

yeah, anything over a 24" box requires a forklift or better yet a crane. Just remember if you get a truck to tarp the tree. Freeway speeds are seriously drying winds that can kill plants. I cringe evey time I see some schmuck landscaper with uncovered plants on the freeway.
