I'm unfamiliar with the plant and after Googling "norantea" I can't say I have ever seen it.

I had to google it too, though I never knew what it was called I've seen it, but not in the United States. The information I got online said its only hardy to 50F. Are you planning on starting it from seed? Maybe closer to spring it'd be nice to experiment.

I was hoping it was hardy in the soucal coast or so. That usually translate I can grow it in sun in summer..and winter on the porch in winter up here in the bay area, like Stephanotis or Mandavilla's. But,if its ultra tropical, like a Jade vine, then its a no go I guess.
