Dragon fruit for Oakland

Hi,

I'm thinking about getting a dragon fruit for my sister for Christmas and wanted to get some advice on A) where to buy (in stock in any local nurseries/should I try ebay?); and B) good variety for the cool zone 9b/10a over in West Oakland.

I'd like to get something with red flesh and on the sweeter side if possible.
