I had some landscaping done almost 2 years ago, and some daylilies were installed in an area where they haven't done very well (almost no flowering). I believe they need a sunnier spot. I think that they're the dormant type since all the leaves die back when the weather turns cooler. Any advice on the best time to try and move them? THanks!
