How tall will this sasanqua grow? I read online anywhere from 8 to 10 feet to 15 feet. I also read that it is a very slow grower, true? Thanks.

Camellias in general are labeled as 'slow growers' so I suppose that term applies. In ten years, it may reach that height. Since camellias can live for hundreds of years, it could eventually grow many stories tall, if given proper care. The leaves will still need some protection from the worst of the summer afternoon sun (especially in hot climates); keep the soil mulched and moist and keep the pH acidic.
