I AM LOOKING FOR A BLOOMER FOR LATE SEPT OR EARLY OCT. IN SOUTH LOUISIANA. CAN ANYONE SUGGEST ONE AND TELL ME WHERE I MIGHT LOCATE IT?
THANKS

RE: early bloomer

These three bloom quite early: Arejishi, Daikagura and Showa-no-sakae (sometimes called Usubeni). In years past, Showa-no-sakae was sold here in local plant nurseries and Lowe's. Not sure about this year though. If planning to order online, check the inventory at Green Nurseries in Fairhope, Alabama. Luis

RE: early bloomer

THANK YOU BUT WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? I THOUGHT GREEN NURSERIES WAS WHOLESALE ONLY, DO THEY HAVE A RETAIL OUTLET?

RE: early bloomer

They are wholesalers but you can contact any wholesaler and ask for the name of their closest local dealers. I do that with Monrovia, who sells camellias here thru Lowes and Calloway's. I then ask Calloway's to special order Monrovia camellias that I want but which they do not normally stock. Luis
