There are some interesting things going on with camellias this year. I am seeing different bloom sequences on my plants. For the first time I have a little rebloom on 'Snow Flurry'. 'Kanjiro','Shishigashira'(full bloom) and 'Yuletide'(two plants) are blooming now instead of their usual time. The cold winter has pushed all of my japonicas back too. Only two of seven are in bloom now. A higo called 'Ohkan', and 'October Affair'. This morning I noticed two buds with flowers perhaps 1/4 emerged on 'Prof. Charles Sargent'. How about in your garden?

Most of mine too. They tend to start in December-January but due to icy-snowy weather, they are now trying to start. Debutante started the show; the others have buds indicating that they will start blooming soon.
