yellowing leaves

I have four new camellias that are yellowing. Is this sun damage or something else? If it is sun damage, will it get better over time as it gets established or will they have to be moved to survive?

You may have some pests around there. I could not view the second photo; had Red X.

Can you look at the leaves up close and try to determine if some specks I see in the first photo are spider mites? I cannot tell from the photo.

Also, what do you see on the underside of the leaves? Any evidence of scale in there?

Here is a closeup of the "spots" on the leaves. They appear to me to be some sort of egg...but I have very little experience here. The underside of the leaves have more of the same.
