Hi I would like to grow many different camellias. If anyone has seeds or cuttings . Could you contact me via email please ? I can make payment of postage and all other expenes.

is it legal to send plant material to a foreign country?
i am thinkng it is a complicated process and involves obtaining phytosanitary certificates or similar. |

It depends on the laws of the country that you want to send the scions to. The United States requires the phytosanitary certificate along with a permit from USDA to import, but I don't know what other countries require.
